Take the role as project manager involved in Project bidding,management ,vendor management and cost control. From June 1, 2018 take the role as transition manager involved in transition management which includes technical support, project org-chart organization, recruit, training, risk management , SOP&ERP system installation, and KPI&SLA alignment with client. During this period, took the role as M&E expert and site acceptance sponsor on behalf of SOE in ZhouShan Boeing project.From Jan 1 2021,took the role of engineering manager and project manager. Mainly took responsible of T&C proposal review, witness, defect collection and push the work of rectification, project hand over and take over, regular management process establishment, monitoring GC make defect rectification，project opportunity finding and proposal making，implementing. Made PPM RFP and involving in bidding review, PPM implementation etc.
