QC Manager and Lab Manager Responsible for lab management, operate lab equipment and product quality control. Establishment, Implement, maintain and improve quality management system, implement the internal document control.Quality management according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO9001:2015,FAMI-QS, GMP+ Development and maintenance of methods and SOPs Set up the SPC control system, and analyze the data and charts by QC tools, such as FMEA, QC 7 tools. Provide improved rationalization proposal to investigations by root cause analysis. Set up online quality supervision system, including the key control of the quality monitoring (CCP). Establishment, Implement the quality system internal audit and management review.

• Manage laboratory daily operations to support Drive and HSA operations.• In charge of Asia Lab correlation project with all local suppliers(Asia).• Documents all lab document/procedure and records are current/up to date, manage all the documents to follow QSR requirement.• Coordinate and communicate with other departments for the process/product contamination analysis.• Working with multiple functional groups to resolve chemical and material related issues.• Monitor factory (CR, line, cleaning machine, DI plant) contamination level• Promote and lead the team within the laboratory.• As department EHS leader, EHS Training for all Engineer and operator.- 6-Sigma BB.
