1. Balance production capacity base on the company's resources according to the order backlog and sales forecast, maintain and adjust MPS in SAP;2. Arrange weekly production plan and track the project process, solve the production and inspection problems in time to ensure timely delivery, achieve the company's objectives;3. Assist relevant departments in inventory verification and analysis;4. Prepare planning related reports, improve processes, analyze producing anomaly and propose solutions;5. Communicate on a daily basis and coordinate with PM, purchasing, warehouse, production, FQC, packaging and shipping to ensure customers’ needs are communicated and satisfied.

1. Receive and review orders, communicate with customers for more details of orders, and improve the customer relations;2. Arrange production plan and track production, coordinate truck loading and transportation, ensure timely delivery.

1. Place production orders according to internal customer orders and arrange production scheduling, track the fulfillment of the arrangements;2. Learn, understand and master the arrangement, capacity and loading of each production lines;3. Track the difference between production scheduling and production orders to meet the delivery requirements.

1. Provide service to customers as a freight forwarder;2. Responsible for customer development, contact and market development;3. Visit customers and establish a bridge of communication with them;4. Communicate with foreign agents for import businesses, deal inquiries in time;5 .Maintain daily contact with Carriers, provide shipping information and quotation to customers;6. Collect and analyze market data and feedback the latest information regularly.
