piping supervisor for Cidade de Maricà&Saquarema FPSO (Topside) project  Know and supervise the procedure of piping fabrication either workshop or field . Know the fabrication routine standards/ requirement for CS / S.S/ Cupper Nickel / Duplex S.S piping and GRE/ CPVC piping Know and supervise the whole process of piping fabrication from very beginning when the piping material arriving to the time when the surface preparation is finished .   Supervised the process and schedule of material delivery ,suitable cutting/bending by machine and manual. And piping material quality traceability form, fit up inspection report ,welding/visual inspection report, NDT report, hydro test report ,surface treatment report shall be logged every day . Next pipes shall be inventoried distribution as per the tray list and dispatched in accordance with the needs of assembly . Fit-up inspection for pre-welding (check dimension pre & post Welding, check gap, check material traceability, check bevel). Random verified electrode, Preheat temperature and weld parameter found according to approved WPS  Raise non-conformance reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out .attend to all potential problems to prevent occurrence of defects. Visual inspection for post welding , Review inspection for the subcontractor NDT record. Responsible to witness all testing activities. Line check for piping system (according to drawing, specification, support specification drawing) Responsible to monitor hydro-test , review test package  Reinstatement inspection for piping system ,supervised and push punches to be closed ,check and sign off Piping Inspection Testing Record (ITR) Coordinated the action of contractors /subcontractors and owner Assisted in commissioning.  Responsible to perform surveillance inspection to ensure that the construction work is performed and meet the project specific quality requirement.
