• Manage VP’s daily calendar, set up meetings and appointments and cooperate with all functions in department.• In charge of department events facility preparation and organization, such as Procurement Annual Meeting (300+person), Procurement Managers Meeting (50+person) and Supplier Negotiation Events (80+person) • A member of central function, and be responsible of independent projects such as customer satisfaction data analysis and display

• Responsible for communication and coordination within the department and between the company, and assisted the daily work as the assistant of the department head • In charge of old project renewal and new project obtaining process affairs, expound project feasibility with supporting departments and company decision makers, and help the project get approval from the committee • Responsible for the communication of the business part.
