We support the target during market sounding, due diligence and negotiation of TS and SPA, and maintain relationships with the lead investor. ▪An AI-enabled business semantics processing engine developer (C-Round): The target company conducts intelligent recommendation and sales of e-commerce live broadcast products for Alibaba, plans to raise tens of millions of RMB. We help provide access to a broader set of investors in Tianjin. 2, Domestic M&A Projects (As a buy-side financial advisor)▪A state-owned HKEX listed company as LP to set up a private fund to invest in a single specific target (Size>￥5.0B): (a) Assisted the client in analyzing the valuation report, FDD&LDD reports; (b) Reviewed the MOU, Partnership Agreement, Rules of Procedure of the PE fund and offered suggestions for further negotiation.▪A SOE to acquire minority interest of a HKEX listed company (Size:￥1.5B): (a) Complete the preliminary analysis ; (b) Adopted DCF, EV/EBITDA multiple to evaluate the equity value; (c) Finalized the investment feasibility report in a tight schedule, and simulated transaction price to support the negotiation.▪Post-investment portfolio management project for a SOE: The client has invested or acquired 60+ projects overseas. It entrusts us to build the financial models for each project, analyze the key financial and business indicators based on the forecasted financial statements.

As a Haier Innovation Project Manager, I've been working in the Global Resource integration Department of Qingdao Haier Group, participating in the construction and operation of Haier open innovation portal-----HOPE (Haier Open Partnership Ecosystem) , which is an online portal, built by the R&D Center of HAIER Group, for technology exchanges and innovation.
