Work with sub-district community to initiate a public welfare project for supporting migrant worker's children, includes providing fixed places for weekly interest and group activities; building a community English corner for them to communicate with other children with same age, organizing community's activities and visiting elderly at regular intervals to increase their confidence and integrate into the city quickly.

Technically leads the project; coordinaes with client and construction manager to develop construction details; produces construction documents on CAD, 3D, and freehand sketches on site; on site supervision of project and schedule controlling.

Responsible for assisting CEO with daily work, including but not limited to complete all the key projects and activities and advise on alternate methods of solving need or problem, or recommend specific solutions, evaluate and audit of department planning; BoD document translation and Interpreting; preparation and declaration of government science and technology project.
