Core ability: 1.Executive ability When I was in Grant Thornton as an auditor I have to manage all of the administrative works in my team and when I'm in 紅紅數位 I arranged the 2018 accounting transactions, both of the works revealed my executive ability. Also I can deal with complicated and hard tasks calmly, and good at using all kinds of tools to make my work more organized. 2.Good at communication As an auditor I can always ask the right question. As a financial specialist I have to deal with client's account problems with our sales person and communicate with our accounting firm, all of the works are done well. Every time I leave my position I can maintain a good relationship with my manager and colleagues. 3.Problem solving skill Good at analyzing problems, and have the determination to solve problems step by step. For example, when I was arranging accounting transactions in 紅紅數位, I have the ability to separate different transactions and find the certificate for each transaction, then tern them in to accounting entries into accounting system. Future prospect: I used to be an auditor and an accountant in a company. I found that I like to be an accountant in a company because an accountant can understand how a company work through a financial point of view. Also I can give the advice to revise the financial process of the company. As an accountant, helping the company move forward gives me a sense of accomplishment. In the future, I want to get the accounting licenses and hope to become an outstanding financial manager.
