1.Responsible for steam turbine retrofit and service business in China power equipment market. Including Alstom OEM and other OEM steam turbine. I have leaded many retrofit business, including Guohua Suizhong 2X800MW ST retrofit project bid, Shenzhen Mawan 300MW ST retrofit project bid and Anhui Tongling 300MW ST retrofit project bid, and so on. I had taken charge and lead these bidding projects, organized commercial communication, technical presentation, preparing technical tendering solution, edit commercial bid document according to the customer's request. 2. Responsible for manage Alstom OEM steam turbine units in China market, collect customer information and unit feedback information. Analysis China installed steam turbine database and develop oOEM power service (including steam turbine overhaul service, supply spare parts, TFA, retrofit solution, improvement products, and so on) in China. 3. Analysis steam turbine retrofit market information in China, Cooperate with fleet management department together writing business plan for Alstom company develop power service business in China. In writing Business plan, I selected initial target to be develop, gave advice, reason, to help Alstom leader understanding China power service market and get correctly development strategy.Achievement1.Shenzhen energy group Mawan power plant 300MW full shaft line retrofit project biusiness. This project made Alstom company get into a new market of 300MW class in China.2.Huadian Shijianzhuang 200MW co-gen power plant unit 4 Trip block repaired service product sales overhaul spare parts sales 3.Huadian Weihuliang Power Plant spare parts sales for next overhaul of 2013, give a presentation and communication with the customer.4.Anhui Hefei Power Plant 350MW steam turbine spare parts and LSB NDT inspection service sales, give presentation and communicate with the customer for next overhaul.5.SINOPEC Yangzi Branch 50MW steam turbine contract.
