- Led the China new energy vehicles energy replenish technical roadmap study, providing technology angle input to bp China electrification energy strategy development;- Led the customer journey and transaction flow design for bp EV charging platform, the loyalty management strategy and execution plan development, and the fianancial flow design, core member of the overall platform strategy development;- Led the bpXJ New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Joint venture between bp and DIDI) set up, including strategy & development plan, organization & people, management system, government relations, legal vehicle application, and Board Meeting organization;- Work closely with China lead and global team to provide insightful analysis of new value chains and sources of value in new energy vehicle eco-system, identify innovative business opportunities within the strategic frame of the global Mobility / Electrification strategy.

- Led the EV charging strategy development and deployment for bp China Retail, led the first EV charging offer pilot in gas station in China.- Led the differentiated fuels strategy development and deployment, project lead of the Ultimate premium fuels brand launch in different markets. - Core team member of customer loyalty partnership development of BP China Retail loyalty program.

- Led the digital loyalty strategy development and deployment in China, launched the first WeChat based digital loyalty program in the fuels retail industry, 6-12 months ahead of competition;- Led the CRM development plan in a joint venture within the global CRM framework;- Led the China fuels strategy development, launched a branded fuel (bp Ultimate) in a joint venture with 400+ sites' network, helped the local team developed the technical solution, built the local capability on fuels branding and QA management.
