Xizheng Zhang is currently a professor in the School of Computer and Communication, Hunan Institute of Engineering, Xiangtan, China. He is also the deputy dean of the Cooperative Innovative Center of Wind Equipment and Power Energy of Hunan Province. He was born in 1978 and received the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2010. He is author of more than 40 research papers in refereed journals and International Conferences. Dr. Zhang is member of IEEE, PCSEE and serves as reviewer for many International Journals, such as. He participated in many international conferences as Session Chair and member in International Program Committee.
