While working in Sudan and South Sudan, I worked for four companies that is GWDC、DQEI、PDOC、DPOC more than 14.5 years , corporate with difference companies involve SCH,MI,GWDC,DQEI,ZPEB,WSP,CNLC,and more other companies, During the course of doing my work, I make sure that all the jobs I am involved in goes very well.Oct.2020-NowWorked for DQEI 4th drilling company as drilling fluid SH, main responsibility is in charge of section jobs, staff training、bidder invite、bidding、section crews arrangement,etc,all of jobs running in good condition. Feb.2018-Sep.2020Worked for DQEI 4th drilling company as Marketing SH, in charge of to fellow running of 16 drilling rigs worked in overseas、staff training and rig crows arrangement 、contract negotiation 、bidding ,etc.Jun.2012-Jan.2018 Worked for DPOC as planing & control SH, main responsibility is in charge of to fellow the contract status and management, budget control,VOWD,material management and bidder invite .Aug.2010-Jun.2012Worked for PDOC as SR work over engineer, main responsibility is in charge of to guard the supervises to deal with accidents when happened, arrange locations for workover rigs and supervise the work progress& consequence, in charge of to verify equipment function of new rigs.Mar. 2003 – Aug.2010: Worked for Rig100 of Great Wall Drilling Company as a project manager, main responsibility is in charge of the project we have in Sudan, including the contract negotiation, human resources management, materials preparation and logistic such as facility transportation, etc. I have the skill in team work, communication and expression. In Sudan,as a rig manager, I have played a major role in training all Sudanese, and I worked well with them under high pressure all the time.During this periods, I dabbled in service over 170 wells, it is including well-test, ESP,PCP, gaseous well testing, fishing, displace damaged casing,etc.Feb. 2002---Feb. 2003Worked for Well-testing Company of Jilin Oilfield as a deputy manager, main responsibility is in charge of the design and review for well-test and workover, as one of the reviewing board members, perform technical training, supervise well-test and workover quality, accept and check the result of well-test and workover,etc.July.1995-Feb.2002Worked for Well-testing Company of Jilin Oilfield as a technician, Main responsibility is in charge of location well-test or workover operations and to achieve the project goals.
