1.Response for developing and maintaining of ride and handling performance.2.Using subjective and objective testing(handling, ride testing on road, K&C),CAE tool to support chassis tuning and predict the effect with parts change.communicate with custormer for project preparation, delivering releasing, acceptance executing 3.Developing objective testing analysis and report tool on matlab，DIAdem，and Excel,package the application and apply the encryption for protecting the .exe file.4.Response for the company testing standard improvement evolution.execute objective testing, analysis and report

1、Maintain equipment maintenance plan and help Maintainer to maintain the equipments(winding,spot welding,lathe turning,balancing,magnetizing,assemble,testing);2、To improve the production line of coolant fan system, design production tooling and some simple equipments 3、Responsible for solving equipment problems and some equipment’s upgrading and improvement4、Participate in new product’s seminar, analysis the plan’s feasible, assist the R&D engineers to development the new product’s technology5、Analysis the problems that existed in the production and solve it
