This project has over $40million revenue per year. 2.Calix project introduction. Calix has over 100 models. We use three months to finish it. During this time, we need to finish each product qualification run and fulfill mass run demand. Customer highly appreciate our performance. 3.GE project introduction. The product build in our factory is use on locomotive as a controller. This product has extremely high requirement for process, quality and reliability. We carefully read each document and make sure compliance. 4.New process introduction and validation. GE customer has very high requirement for cleaning process. By choosing proper machine model and a lot of experiment, our product passed CEPREI lab ion chromatography test.5.Lean production experience: 5.1 By optimize line balance, change scanner method and production line relayout, increased calix project output from 800 to 1700pcs/day. 5.2 By change EMI shield structure, increased press fit yield from 85% to 100%. And efficiency improved 100%. 5.3 By change coating process masking material and method, efficiency improved 100%. 5.4 Over one moth SIR test, sucessfully combined solder paste type from 5 to 1 which greatly reduced operation cost. At the same time, we tried a new type solder wire, which can save 70% cost.5.5 Over system analysis and experiment, we sucessfully solved GE product wave process hole fill issue. Show less

At the begining, we input a lot of manpower and resource due to the complex and unmature of this project. After improvement, we reduced crew size from 19 to 8.4. PA board voiding improvement. There are two MOSFET on PA board. This component is very hot during working conditions. So customer have very high requirement for the voiding.
