- Flawless execution of commit order and all applicable OtC processes as primary face of F&L - Maintain a strong business relationship with assigned customers - Responsible for customer order from order receipt through invoicing.- Work with production planner, logistics and sales to meet customer expectation and ensure customer experience is positive - Assist account and invoice team to ensure on time customer payment- Monitor all pending orders to ensure that they are completed and promptly inform customer if order cannot be met as committed and work to find an acceptable solution - Work with Sales, operations and customer to resolve delivery blocks in timely manner and when needed, assist credit team in resolving credit blocks.- Handle customer complaint with proper function- Monthly KPI reporting and scorecard update

- In charge of supplying lubricant for international vessel and new buildings in AP ( Australia, PRC, Korea)- Follow up the vessel schedule and coordinate with different country’s local 3rd party supplier for smooth delivery - Handled delivery emergencies and disputes under different time zone.- Investigated miss/wrong delivery in order to improve service level- Presented China customs clearance workflow and lead time definition in AP Marine workshop

- Store inventory management and ordering audit- To make sure efficient merchandise turnover and supervise the store loss- Analysis order and delivery data to meet sore target and optimize storage level- Make cycle counting plan to ensure the system correctness

- Assist operation manager ( Korean ) in marketing operation for China eastern market.- Involved in New Store opening project (Shanghai JinQiao &Taizhou Pozijie)
