1 Reasonably use and allocate operation resources to achieve company strategic targets and ensure to reach all operation KPIs; 2 Optimize, implement and successfully manage production efficiency and quality standards;3 Make or modify new procedures and processes to improve quality and reduce production costs; 4 Work with management team to improve new or revise current products and procedures; 5 Make and control operation costs, including material, direct/indirect labor and equipment in accordance to budget;6 Improve internal and external customer satisfaction, ensure 100% delivery performance to customer requirement; 7 Responsible for continuous improvement of operation system;
