Planning supervisor- Business Process framework setup and system Deployment:Main responsibilities are to (a) setup Le mobile spare parts supply chain process framework, operation rules and methodologies from life cycle management, inventory control, sourcing and purchase and expenditure budget, (b) define business requirement, participate in technical solution design, UAT, launch and post go-live review.-Spare parts sourcing and purchasing management:It covers (a) Spare parts demand forecast by considering product launch roadmap and historical repair data, (b) raw material supplier sourcing, RFQ, Terms &Conditions negotiation and contract management, (c) supervising team member on routine purchasing order management to improve inbound visibility and reduce inventory shortage, coordinating payment processing exceptions, (d) monthly spare parts cost budget plan and actual performance.-Spare parts sales management:Key responsibilities are (a) defining spare parts sales governing rules and processes, e.g. sales order frequency with deposit from repair partner network, aging Account Receivable control etc, (b) routine sales order management, AR management and reconciliation. (c)Accountable for spare parts inventory healthy and shortage improvement, (d) regular business review key metrics with managers for spare parts business.

Finance Business Control -Prepare monthly financial analysis report to executives level review by identifying root cause of low-value consumable expenditure and scrap cost, then partner with operation team to drive cost reduction.-Making rolling forecast for Consumable& scrap cost and Profit for all CS and IP products in full financial Year-Enhance Scrap cost visibility through breakdown the actual cost from different angle, provide actionable report to support scrap cost reduction project-Leading Financial-Year Budget Plan, it includes: set budget target, Timeline, building budget input model, collecting initial result from business team; then firm budget report after review with Executive team; finally closely monitoring actual versus budget in monthly basis.-BMC business Balance Scorecard publishing and follow-ups in weekly meeting.

-Spare Parts master planning(a)Regular analysis of historic demand, forecast and order fill rate to work out safety stock.(b)According to safety stock level, order quantity and order lead-time to work out material request plan.(c)Monitor KPI for stock availability and Inventory Turn Over(d)Order tracking and management. Setup issue escalation process. (e)Cooperate with sourcing team and finance team for monthly payment and price adjustment-Spare Parts Assembly NPI Project management(a)Setup NPI process with manufacture, warehouse and QA team(b)Work out NPI milestone and timeline, assign relative resource(c)Provide quotation to Internal customer(d)Tracking project progress to meet timeline to ensure NPI business running smoothly until move into production phase-Repair and Refurbish Production Planning(a)Communicate with sales team, then work out mid-long term production plan and capacity plan(b)Communicate with production team and material planner to work out daily production schedule.(c)Prepare production plan report to ensure completion-in-time rate

Tide Brand Planner -Material Request Plan(a)Work together with production planner and delivery planner to prepare MRP for 8 CM sites.(b)Own row material inventory at 8 CM sites against material inventory plan.(c)Release PO and tracking goods receive.(d)Setup SOP relative to MRP business.-Material Supply Management(a)Manage supplier’s performance with Mat. Delivery Tracking Sheet and prepare supplier performance report monthly.(b)Draft Site Lever Execute Agreement and sign it with suppliers(c)Work with material suppliers to improve their performance through SLEA score card

Production Schedule Engineer -Use schedule tools skillfully, output capable production schedule. -Analyze the bottleneck resource on the production activities.-Information Statistic and information collection.
