Double Tree Hotel Pre Opening in charge Telephone Department and FO Department Trainer. Recruit new staff and prepare training plan for telephone department and doing some training for FO members. Set up the pre-opening telephone section training plan,SOP,P&P,and in charge work as secretary.

To be responsible for the daily operation which including guest wake up service, all of incoming calls handling, guest in room dinning, emergency case handling, reservation booking service, personalized one-stop services); organized monthly department training plan and arranged staff training, training of new employees ;analyzed guest's service quality and satisfaction and take action plan; handlling guest complaint;control department attendance, work scheduling;responsible for staff scheduling arrangements; monthly department training plan and staff training, training of new employees.

To be responsible for check the daily business meeting room reservation and operation;dealling with business service such as copying, printing, computer office rental, meeting room rental, name card production,translation on loan, courier service and so on) ; analyzed monthly gross salary budget and target analysis report; analysis service quality and satisfaction and action plan; responsible for staff scheduling arrangements; monthly department training plan and staff training, training of new employees.

To be responsible for the daily affairs (wake up service, incoming calls handling, guest in room dinning , emergency case handling, on day room booking, personalized one-stop services) ;

Worked as intern for one year and obtainment for one year, to be responsible for Hostess, VIP dinning, waitress, food deliver, designing and printing food menu, etc.
