Internal: Cross-functional communication and collaboration*Liaise closely with Production Dept. to ensure order delivery on time*As a bridge of communication between R&D Dept. and new customers, optimize the current process or develop a new process to make the product meet customer’s Specification.*Assist the Quality Dept. to fill in the Vendor Questionnaire and related Declaration & Statement documents required by customers. Take part in the on-site audit and virtual audit.*Communicate with the warehouse to ensure the labeling and packaging meet customer’s requirements*Responsible for the annual sales statistics and compare with the previous year’s data in several aspectsExternal:*Keep in touch with existing customers closely and responsible for new business development mainly in Europe, Asia and America.*Take charge of contacting forwarder and booking space, follow up the shipment on time* Prepare commercial documents and make a presentation to the bank on time * Attend the industry exhibition to keep updated about the market(e.g. CPhI)
