This company was established in 2005, issued import and export certification at the end of 2006. So i am in charge of the international trade from 2007, that means from "zero" exporting business.Make full use of the internet and exhibitions to develop potential foreign market, at the same time, try my best to learn professional English and technical process about the bearings. I was also maintaining several big domestic customers for the company.I am responsible for all matters relating to the international trade such as business negotiation, order arrangement to workshop, documents preparing, contacting forwarders for delivery, exhibitions project both at home and abroad , reception of foreign customer visiting, contacting with advertising company to design the website, video and brochures. The department increased to three staff at the end of 2009, and I was promoted to be trade manager responsible for the department management and now we have the full documents of customer files and contracts, and all the staff are improving day by day. Throughout this process, I have much access to the foreign customers, especially the European and American customers, continuously won some world famous VIP customers.As a private company, SYB Bearings has its advantages, also has its shortcomings, especially the communication and coordination between departments to balance out the best solutions. My team has our own basic principles which make us freely to fulfill our targets. Established a very strong retrospective file system on the documents and customers management, to make sure the newcomers can quickly enter the work, find their own problems, and quickly achieve the best working status. As manager of foreign trade department, I constantly improved the ability of staff by training and managements, supervision and perfect the workflow.
