Manage a five-gate product development process from concept to mass production. All the gates are presented in a regular meeting with stakeholders. 3. The ownership of each architecture/EVT/DVT design review and gate exit slides for project situation completion until get a pass. 4. Develop project plans including work breakdown structures, get agreement with customers on technical parameter definition and acceptance criteria, develop project scope definition, risk assessment and management plans, project milestones, project timelines, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, and project budgets. 5. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize the progress of projects. 6. Manages the day-to-day tasks/activities for all resources assigned to project. 7. Report project deliverables to management weekly as well as business and technical concerns and alignment with team in thesame page. 8. Generate the build matrix in each phase, decision maker to make/buy within the framework of development project. Tracking the readiness of mock ups, tools on die casting/stamping/injection, R&D and production testers, etc. 9. Manage the deliverable on time and keep communications with customers proactively on product verification and qualification. 10. Project risk management by identification, assessment and mitigation in early phase. 11. Create the Design/Process FMEA for continuous improvement and process stability. 12. Upon S&OP, lead the team for ramping up and capacity expanding with goals.

Track the tools fabrication of die casting, injection, over-mold and 2nd process, assembly fixtures and jigs, reliability test and safety certificate, materials procurement. 5. Documentations tracking for BOM setup and shop floor system setup, drawing release, component approval, implement the ECN according to customer’s ECO. 6. Manager the changes to balance the time, cost and quality. 7. Coordinate for facility setup, operator training, production trial run, test data collect and process DFM to review and improve the yield. 8. Generate the production plan for ramping up to make sure capacity meet with the forecast. 9. Weekly update the CTB (Clear To Build) and shipping plan for customer approval. 10. Project weekly report to highlight the issues and solutions, there might escalate as support needed.
