1. Check LC and Open Account; 2. Coordinate all factories' cargo and make shipment planning. Main port: Shanghai Yangshan port, Shanghai Wai-Er port, Yantian port; other port: Ningbo port, Xiamen port, Shantou port, Guangzhou Huangpu port, Barcelona, Spain; Air port: PVG. 3. Arrange booking and shipment for FOB orders, create shipping and payment documents, recover goods money. 4. Check and compare forwarder's quotation of ocean freight, customs entry and local trucking at destination, then arrange booking and shipment for DDP orders with the competitive one. Track shipping status in real-time, create customs clearance docs, schedule containers into our LA and NJ warehouses, or customers' warehouse. Work with LA/NJ warehouses to ship cargo to customers' DCs or warehouses, create payment documents, and recover goods money. 5. Check and review all charges for FOB & DDP orders, and arrange payment to factories, forwarders, customs brokers and warehouses. 6. Supervise and examine the inventory at LA/NJ warehouses. 7. Complete monthly shipment report and finish other matters.

1. Read shipping instruction for all customers; 2. Arrange booking for FOB CFS or CY shipments to nominated Forwarders (e.g. APLL,DAMCO,CEVA,SCHENKER,AIO,UTI,PANALPINA,K+N etc); 3. For CIF shipment, we quote the ocean freight with some credible forwarders first, then place booking to an appropriate forwarder after checking and comparing. 4. Check vessel information with forwarder and provide shipping advice to customer in time, including vessel name, no. and ETD, ETA, and description of goods; 5. Prepare full set of clearance documents(e.g. INVOICE, PACKING LIST, CO/FORM A); 6. Communicate with Customer or their local office for some suggestions which are good for all involved trade parties. (e.g. change ship mode into courier due to save much more ocean freight and efficiently delivery cargo to customer side); 7. Deal with claims and emergencies from customers, LO, Forwarder, or customs broker (e.g. short quantity; coordinating the delivery date; cargo exception; some issues about the customs declaration docs, etc.); 8. Confirm BL or FCR draft, and check the local charge according to quotation list per shipment. 9. Arrange the sample shipments (via international express company completely, e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.) 10. Cooperate with Financial Department to push payment, especially the exceptional fees (e.g. debit notes for countersigned fee charged by Argentina's Embassy and Egypt’s Embassy for Argentina and Egypt shipments; some sample payments, etc.) 11. Finish monthly report.

Create the monthly planning of raw materials, send to purchase department. 4. Control inventory of finished products and raw materials, in order to avoid backlog, and meet the shipment. 5.
