Responsibilities:Ÿ Reporting to Business Owner, led a 2-staff Operation Team and coordinated with a 3-personIT Team (Java), responsible for re-developing company’s unpublished application into a newone, which was named Try Before You Buy (万试无忧 APP).Ÿ In charge of user needs’ analysis, customer survey, developing interaction functions, drawingprototypes, managing application’s developing & testing process, Software Developerscommunication, user (companies & online consumers) experience optimization, etc.Achievements:Ÿ Within only 3 months, co-achieved this APP’s official launch. And we attracted over 7,000 users, more than 10 companies.Ÿ Explored potential customers’ image and delivered online business model.Ÿ Developed core functions for this APP - CRM system, Credit system, Feedback system,Evaluation system, and improved user experience.
