I am Yanling LI, now working as a new drug R & D manager in Shanghai Biomed-union Biotechnology Co., Ltd., from Sep 2018, mainly engaging in the study of oncolytic adenovirus combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors on cancer. During my PhD study in Huazhong University of Science and Technology from September 2003 to June 2007, I studied mechanisms of learning and memory of hippocampal neuronal networks. After graduation, I continued to do the research of mechanisms of development of hippocampal neuronal networks in National Laboratory for Optoelectronics until March 2008. In April 2008, I went to CNRS in France to do my Post-Doc research of mechanisms of development of spinal cord until July 2010. In October 2010, I worked as an assistant researcher in the Institute of medical and health engineering, Shenzhen Institute of Advance Technology, Chinese Academy of Science. By using electrophysiology, optogenetics, animal behavior, immunohistochemistry, laser confocal imaging, cellular and molecular biology and other methods and techniques, I studied mechanisms and the treatment strategies of neurological diseases which including autism spectrum disorder, epilepsy, neuropathic pain, schizophrenia, etc. At the same time, I studied mechanisms of skillful movement learning and memory. I obtained my own NSFC funding in 2012, studied early development mechanisms of abnormal neural microcircuits in autism spectrum disorders. In July 2013, I worked as an associate researcher in the Institute of neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Science, studied mechanisms of image-background recognition in the primary visual cortex (V1). In February 2014, I worked in Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, mainly engaged in new drug research and development of carbohydrate and related compounds for treatment of neurological diseases and cancer. In July 2017, I worked as a new drug R & D manager in Obio Technology (Shanghai) Corp., Ltd mainly engaging in gene therapy drug research and development for neurological diseases and cancer, and also CRO research.

As the project leader, lead the application study of oncolytic adenovirus for the treatment of solid tumor. At present, we found that at the cell level, AD5/F35-hTERT-E1A-GM-CSF-IL12/m IL2 have significant inhibitory effects on growth of several cell lines including HCT116, HT29, SW620, HELA, MDA-MB-231, SMMC-7721, CAES-17, etc; at the whole animal level, preliminary results show that AD5/F35-hTERT-E1A-GM-CSF-IL12/m IL2 have obvious inhibitory effects on growth of HCT116 tumors in Balb/c nude mice. Further validation of the efficacy at animal level is under way. Beyond that, we are trying to improve the preparation, purification and concentration process of oncolytic adenovirus and establish a standard quality control system.2. Complete other scientific research tasks. For example, apply for and carry out various funding projects, which included applying for 2019 national key R&D plan project, 2019 National Natural Science Foundation general project, 2019 Shanghai Science and technology SMEs technological innovation project, etc. Moreover, apply for patent, write article, etc.3. Daily management. Assist the CEO in daily management of the R&D department, maintain the normal operation of the department. At the same time, we established the PDX model of human glioma in Balb/c nude mice, which is prepared for the individualized precise treatment of glioma. Next step, we plan to study the effects of rAAV-tk/GCV and rAAV-TRAIL on the PDX model of human glioma. Meanwhile, is applying for a gene therapy drug research and development project: the study of rAAV-AADC for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. 2. As the project leader, lead the application study of various new serotype of adeno-associated virus research and development projects. At present, a series of original and systematic experimental results of Cross blood-brain barrier new serotype of AAV, brain capillary specific new serotype AAV and pancreatic specific new serotype AAV have been obtained. 3.
