Report to GMGeneral Assistant:① Admin: arrange the daily schedule for GM, arrange the itinerary(flights, hotels), visa application(15%② Greet and entertain the international organization’s visit and domestic leaders’ visit (5%③ Clerical: manage contracts & In charge of the company chops (5%④ PR and Talents Management: band manager for 9 pcs, attend Gala, balls, music festivals for up to 20+ events, communicate with 25+ clients(Shanghai Centre, Amcham, BristCham, ABInBev, etc) (15% Project involved: Routine International Sports Events: Rolex Shanghai Masters, F1, Global Champions Tour, IAAF Diamond League Track & Field Championships, Shanghai Snooker Masters (60%❶ SALES: set up different event sponsorship sales targets according to diversity, estimate and analyze different sponsor’s demand and workout the sponsorship quote accordingly❷ MKT: workout the best exposure and brand promotion accordingly to different arena/stadium❸ Onsite Coordination: manage and coordinate the brands booth & VIP room’s daily operation during the event❹ Hospitality: coordinate with the international sports organizations to arrange the players’ visa validation and hotel room nights covered by the event manage companySponsor Brand involved: DOW Chemical, Swellfun, MHD, ASICS
