As the mentor and TH of ARMs, responsible for the credit business and daily transactions of about 200 credit accounts independently.

• Develop, manage and monitor a portfolio of CB clients by extending appropriate banking facilities including cross-selling of corporate and retail products, with the objective to maximize the Bank’s profitability within acceptable risk parameters.• Prepare credit analysis, negotiate and work closely with credit officers to offer the most appropriate financial products and loan limit according to requirements and conditions of customers; help customers to sign all kinds of contracts. Do annual renewal, such as update the credit terms, increase or decrease the credit lines.• Assist customers in preparing documents for various credit business, review the documents and submit them to relevant departments (Credit Admin, Loan Admin, Bills discount center etc) in time. Communicate with internal departments efficiently, solve the problems met during the operation process.• Help customers finish all kinds of daily transactions efficiently, such as cash management, foreign exchange purchasing settlement and payment, with strong service orientation.• Maintain customer relationship by visiting them regularly, do post-lending management, keep track of their economical conditions by asking for their latest basic information, financial reports, bank statements etc. Prevent risks of any kind.• Help customers open and close accounts, the change of different seals, keep monthly minutes and do file management.
