1、 负责维护海外客户关系；处理&回复海外客户日常工作邮件和电话，并传达给公司其他相关部门Maintaining good relationship with overseas customers, being responsible for the daily e-mail & call from overseas customers, and pass the informaiton to internal department.2、 负责跟进客户订单，追踪订单完成情况并反馈给客户；Following up the orders, and tracking the order status and fedback to customer. 3、 负责跟进客户新项目开发，新物料的开发；Helping customer to find the new project and new material development. 4、 安排组织内部会议&客人会议，准备会议资料。Organizing intenal&customer meeting and preparing meeting outline.5、 接待海外客人来公司参观,业务洽谈Receipt oversea clients to visit our company,and discussing the business on hand.6、 代表公司出差香港参加客户会议Attend meeting with customer in Hong Kong7、 代表公司每年出差美国与客户洽谈，及增进合作关系Going to US to meet with customer every year for discussing new material and project develoment, and strengthen the business relationship.
