Consolidate monthly data in regards of finance, HR, guest feedback and operations audit of 19 owned and managed hotels to generate the balanced scorecard report for each of them and also rank them in the order of some key indicators which reflect each property’s performance or the strategy of the corporate office. Design the new indicators based on the strategy of the management company and come up with the way how to quantify them to facilitate the implementation of these strategies and also adjust the indicators and their calculation accordingly with the changes of these strategies. Organize and participate in the monthly performance review meetings with VP of Ops, M&S, Finance and HR as well as the GM and department heads on the property level for 19 owned hotels. Participate in screening the mystery quality audit providers and negotiating with them for the details of the cooperation agreement. Consolidate and analyze the operation audit score for each property and rank them in the order of the score of each section, providing analytical support to VP of Ops for deciding the passing mark and rewarding mark for those properties being audited. Edit the monthly English and Chinese management company newsletter.Interpret for CEO in the shareholder and board meeting. Participate in preparing the annual and regional GM conference.
