• Manage IPG credit function for 19 box plants in China and South East Asia with $30MM in monthly AR;• Work with US credit team to build systems and processes to put in place for Asia's Credit Department;• Lead credit analyst in Asia to conduct credit line reviews and approvals through formal written recommendations for customers in various industry (Electronic, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and paper, etc.);• Work with Plant Finance and Customer Service to maintain accounts and manage daily order releases;• Conduct regional risk review for IPG customer profile and present to regional management team;• Responsible for monthly DSO report, AR Aging report, BAD summary report, Top 60 KA Sales variance report and monthly collection communication with plants;• Responsible for IPG bad debt reserve calculation and journal entries each month;• Train back up for Asia Credit Function;• Start to manage credit function for Industrial Packaging, Food Service and Trading business units since Oct 2015;
