鲜客，是我带领团队自主创业的水果电商平台，2年内在苏州服务过超过20000多名消费者家庭，我们打造原产地时令水果直采的电商平台。后因o2o泡沫，巨头烧钱做补贴，项目并无进一步成长可能性，我们和一家同行合并后，我退出了管理。

Talent Partner Consulting是我自己创业经营的一家猎头公司，主要做长三角互联网公司的人才寻访.通过我的销售，这家猎头公司在苏州互联网市场占有率为80%以上。但因为苏州市场比较小，瓶颈突破不了，故2013年我关掉猎头公司开始谋求其他发展。
