1. Arrange the testing according to the GB standard in third party testing lab. Summarize and analyze the testing result. Pre-alert the high risk product to headquarter and provide solutions.2. Design the label layout for all categories. Establish the composition & size translation dictionary. Maintain the standard database. Review the master file and periodically on-site labeling check to ensure the accuracy of label.3. Support in China high risk quality issue, such as AIC spot-checking, professional shoppers complaint. Minimize the effect and maintain the brand image4. Maintain a good relationship with the Custom and CIQ, cooperate with the logistics team and broker to ensure the import /inspection/ sampling process run smoothly. 5. Communicate with local labs and standards writing committee relating to daily testing & label issues.6. Have a comprehensive knowledge on the testing and GB standard. Provide technical support to the headquarter about the updated standard and new requirement

1. Vendor selection and development according to R&D design. 2. On-going cost reduction with vendors via raw material price negotiation. 3. Vendor product quality control and performance analysis. 4. Comply with company’s quality standards with GB standards. 5. Cooperate with designated testing companies about sample testing, tracing the result and label design. 6. Solve complaint from consumers about the product quality. 7. Coordination of the new collection shows within sales, retails and marketing depts.

1. Familiar with China CIQ system. 2. Well comprehension on China’s Textile and Apparel market access permission and requirements, especially for the fiber, label and care instruction. 3. Support international brands and retailers enter into China market. Responsible for tailor-made quality manual /protocol and providing consultant service. 4. Work out the quality management procedure for on-line shop to establish an on-line quality control program. 5. Good presentation skills and have presented during international seminars and meetings as the speaker.
