Current1. Manage the interactions with relevant government inspectors (i.e. Customs (import inspections), Consumer Protection Association, SAMR (store inspections)2. Manage the 3rd part testing lab. Be the gatekeeper for China testing. Vendor and lab follow up3. Provide advice and direction on best practice for China label and testing policies and procedures. Base knowledge of systems with the ability to provide end user support for all China related projects4. Manage the enterprise standard establish process. Establish the enterprise standard to ensure the product compliance.5. Work closely with CS team to provide proposal to handling the consumer complaint cases from both off-line/on-line/livestreaming store.6. Join standard committee legislation meeting. Actively monitor the evolving regulatory landscape and proactively communicate potential business impact to management.7. Conduct training seminars on domestic and regional regulatory requirements and/or impending regulations to the appropriate business team members to enable the best development activities.8. Establish the internal defective goods recall SOP and roll out in the cross-functional team.Conduct product audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standard operating procedures. Assist with audit data analysis. 9. Provide guidance to resolve and prevent non-compliance.10. Interface effectively with all levels of management within the enterprise as well as internal divisions, region, and external clients. Act as a positive, supportive partner, consistently demonstrating our shared values and high standards.
