-Responsible for Manufacturing Engineering leadership in support and sustaining of production systems and processes in a small lot and multi-Variety manufacturing environment.-Provide project management capabilities to fuel success in a production environment, including manufacturing, prototyping, and organizing materials, vendors, and labor to deliver substantial revenue gains.-Lean Concept: The coaching of and continuous improvement of LEAN principals throughout all product lines in the plant.-NPI: Leading and continuously improving the FMEA processes and the communication and interactions between manufacturing and the new product design groups globally.-Process: Daily monitoring of process data trends, yields and yield improvement and applying SPC to improve overall manufacturing and product quality and processes. Manage all process cost reduction projects related to manufacturing process.-Equipment: Manage all equipment systems maintenance, including spare parts procurement and tool/Fixture qualification procedures. Assist in resolving quality and systems related issues to avoid production downtimes and impact to product quality, provide guidance to other site.
