As a result, I decided to venture into the music industry, which I am more passionate about. Combining my years of experience as a social product manager in IT, I aim to build a music trend community brand and explore methods that enable musicians to profit beyond signing contracts with major companies. Additionally, the app offered a plethora of fun bot tools for users to explore.My role as a product manager focused on enhancing long-term user retention strategies:• Social Enhancement: I implemented social features such as in-game reward reminders, check-ins, and pixel drawing tools to boost user engagement. These features encouraged social interactions among users and increased their overall activity within the app.• Content Improvement: One of the core challenges in group chat products is the difficulty of content sedimentation, making it hard for newcomers to integrate into existing conversations. To address this issue, I introduced a forum module where users could tag their conversations with specific topic labels.
