I have been working in the HR for the last 2 years, I consider that I have a lot of experience in different cultures and companies to be able to anticipate any situation. I am currently working at an IT company from HK. I am the head of the entire human resources department. Now we are expanding our business sol managed and negotiated to expand the HR team. I am in charge of leading and facilitating the development of people to detecting if they have the necessary skills or trainings to ensure an efficient, productive, diverse and committed workforce made up of the best talent available. I am responsible for thinking and proposing new ways to develop and implement strategies from HR to improve processes to achieve better results, process and growth. I am the point of reference for all employees for any concern, support and follow-up of orders they have made to their leaders. I evaluate and validate the performance results to define new opportunities for each employee in their career plan. I also develop new policies, certifications, modern tools and forms of training to encourage our team to always be up to date with current technologies being able to be efficient beyond the limits.
