Project Description：Emptoris tool deployment in Procurement of IBM AP 14 countries;Responsibilities：Project Preparation：I was responsible for testing Emptoris, hosting project review meetings with the top management team of AP Procurement department, and timely following up and correcting problems in the testing and meeting.Tool Training：To share the working experience within global cross functional working group; Hosted more than 10 large-scale tool trainings in Chinese and English, which enabled more than 1000 suppliers and 200+ buyers to acquire systematical related skills. Responsibilities：Supplier Management：Responsible for the selection and integration optimization of more than 2000 suppliers, and input into the purchasing system, Ariba. Process Optimization：Creative creation of Unilever's automatic order management process, and responsible for the implementation and launch of the process in China.Project Performance：1. Automatic order management process in Unilever China successful promotion, the process as a successful case to be copied to other Asia Pacific countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and Philippines.2. Helped Unilever create a complete supplier entry and access process.
