1. Industry insights: Monitor, analyze industry development &trends, and government policies & regulations with regular delivery of newsletter/reports2. Competitor Intelligence: Track and analysis competitors data, including sales and registration information, performance by segment/brand/model, market share, provide insights to sales/marketing/product teams3. Autoshow support: collect & analyze competitor product/strategy info, prepare management briefing materials including competitor trends/strategy/product info with insights4. Headquarter & regional liaison: Work closely with Headquarter and APAC markets on project basis to develop product/marketing strategy5. MI interface: proactively communicate with stakeholders from management/cross department/info resources to develop competitive intelligence6. Agency quality control: work together with stakeholders/purchasing/finance team to ensure qulification of agency works
