Job Description:Project Bidding Stage: Organize to confirm product type as per technical documents and drawings from customer; Coordinate relevant departments to provide necessary information outputs.  Prepare Commercial offer;Project Cost Management Estimate project budget after receiving contract; Set up project cost budget in ERP system Monitor project actual cost in the full process of project execution. Make sure project budget is under control. Assist Financial Department to finish project final accounting after project ending. Project Schedule Management Organize contract review after receiving commercial contract; starting project; Prepare project plan and monitor project progress; Organize project weekly meeting with project team, check project progress, identify bottlenecks and set up action plan for open issues.  Control and coordinate the abnormal matters during project execution; Work as the unique interface with customer and overseas branches for project issues; Prepare reports of project status to all relevant stakeholders periodically ;

Scope of Work： Full course of project control from the start to the end: Prepare, maintain and control project planning; Organize project meeting regular, strengthen project communication and handling project pending issues.  Make project team work and performance evaluation, report to top management regularly.  Make sure project deliverables finish on time and meet quality requirement.  Control project running cost within the budget.  Handle project un-expectations promptly and minimize project risks.  Handle customer complaints and internal quality problem to satisfy project quality requirement.  Communicate with customer and report project progress timely.  Coordinate project HR，purchase and relate issues.
