Since Oct. 2020, I work in Sungrow as EMEA Service and Delivery Director.Jan. 2018 - Oct. 2020, I worked in Trinasolar as European Head of Operations 2008-2018 Huawei Group I have been working as Service Sales Manager/Director in Huawei Group in many countries(China, Indonesia, Italia, Poland, Philippines, Czech, Netherlands, Turkey, Egypt, Luxembourg, and Russia) as expatriate. The service solution I have provided to our client started from 2G, 3G to 4G, including Managed Service, Customer Support Service, Mobile Broadband(MBB) Solution, Customer Experience Management Solution, Fixed Broadband(FBB) Service, SmartHome Solutions, In-Building Solution, Network Function Virtualization(NFV) integrated Service, Site Integrated Service(including Mobile Site, OSP and energy), and Data Center(DC) Solution. My major clients are worldwide top operators, like Vodafone, TI, Telefonica, SingTel, and VimpelCom. I keep receiving good annual appraisal result from the company in the past 8 years(Three times A: top 5%, five B+: top 30%, one Best Employee Huawei Golden Award, one Best Employee Huawei Vodafone Key Account). I have grown to a leader during the work experience. From 2010's Director of 8 employees(50% local employees) in Philippines, to 2016's Director of 20 employees(70% local employees) in Russia.
