1Strategic Sourcing: Develop/implement the annual procurement plan.Formulate medium and long-term global sourcing strategies;Leading 3 HC in different countries, regularly reviewing the KPIs of each buyer, Optimize the global supplier structure, and initiate the resources of the global teams to jointly achieve the KPI objectives.Achievement: Developed five years sourcing strategy of IE switch.In 2018, developed global supplier optimization plan and implement it as planned.Over-achieve the global cost reduction target in 2017. Completed 3 global, 4 local, 8 CSA, 4 localization projects.2Cost Savings: Develop action plan for cost down, reach annual target by means of negotiation, agreements in contract, price structure analysis, cost-saving workshop, projected base price negotiation, re-design. Achievement: Developed 5 years’ sustainable targets, the AVG saving rate is 2.89%, in 2016, 2017 personal achievement was the key input for the whole company’s cost-saving (46%, 32% respectively).3Procurement Management: In charge of various categories from the whole device outsourcing (IE switch, power terminals, hand tools, enclosure, labels, harness cables harness) to raw materials used in power supply, interface board, isolator such as IC, diodes, resistors, capacitors, connectors, PCB, PCBA, etc. Familiar with the supply pool, components knowledge, supply channels. Assist R&D to recommend 2nd source in the design-in phase. Familiar with the cost structure, analysis the product cost. Optimize the sub-contractors’ resources, control the cost is whole supply chain. Achievement: Consolidated 14 low volume vendors to 3 key sub-suppliers channel. Optimize the key components price among sub-contractors.In 3rd generation power supplier project, recommend MFG brand of resistors, capacitors, connectors in design-in phase. Analysis the power supply product cost structure and optimize the costed BOM.

1 Supply Development: responsible for the supply development and maintenance of diodes, capacitors, resistors, inductors, PCB, plastic parts, metal parts and so on.2 Bidding and NPI: In charge of inquiries, price comparison, new source development for new bidding projects. Follow the NPI process to complete new projects. Finished more than 80 Biddings and 15 NPIs.3 Supply Chain Management: Negotiate VMI, payment term, analysis the purchase channel and implement supplier consolidation, localization. Focus on yearly cost down and achieve average 3%~5% savings.

1 Order Management: Responsible for IC, diode, PCB, connector. According to MRP to release order, follow the material and adjust the demand plan in a timely manner.2 Inventory Management: Responsible for VMI inventory , management of inventory turnover.3 Department Material Coordination:Summarize whole materials status in department., set up shortage report to customers, supervision of the purchaser to complete the material procurement plan, co-work with RD and PC to optimize BOM or production Plan.
