  Work Experience2010 /4--Present:CSMC FAB2(1000-5000 people) [5 year]Industry: Electronics/Semiconductor/ICPurchase Field Customs SpecialistMy main duties include the following points： NO.1: I have to prepare documents for customs , Apply certifications that were requested by customs or CIQ. NO.2:I have to choose reasonable transportation regarding the type of goods as well as cost concerns. NO.3: handle the issues related to the process of clearance or inspection. NO.4: keep a good relationship with shipping companies as well as other related departments. NO.5: analyze the shipping companys’ monthly freight ,in order to cut costs. NO.6: make the logistic section’s budget by month which includes freight , duties and tax ,as well as others costs. Two years ago , I took responsibility for importing machines ,contacting to the Vendors, arranging the flights, Preparing documents for clearance as well as other things.What that means is, I need to make sure all the processes run smoothly until the machines have been moved into the FAB. When I first started, I was responsible for our export business , providing shipping details to customers etc.项目管理类:整合公司国内危险品短驳业务，选取合适的物流公司，便于管理和降低相关物流成本。涉及物流、报关方面的改善项目：例如整合E/F条款的发运；整理进口备件、设备等发运要求，以便最大限度的降低公司成本、减少报关、报检ISSUE商检、海关新政策及时宣导和分享给公司相关部门进出口方面：目前负责进口备件、原材料的运输、确认HS CODE ,清关以及准备报关、报检所需的资料；选择合适的运输方式，达到降本增效的目的之前负责新、旧设备的运输、设备要素信息的搜集，HS CODE 的确认、清关，配合海关、商检查验工作以及后续MOVE IN的各部门协调工作。各类进口证的办理（789免表、422免表办理，旧机电备案，两用物项许可证、O证、免3C等）。成品和样品件的出口，并FOLLOW全过程，退单整理，出口表格维护；国内快件和货物的安排。FORWARDER管控方面:每月制作report,通过KPI考核FORWARDER,并每月物流费用进行分析，以降低物流成本
