1. Sales Planning Execution - Support team to develop the monthly /quarterly/ yearly business plan and key project and initiative plan.- Be responsible for account buying plan setting via working closely with Finance and Merchant team- Effectively communicate with team to ensure all aligned key account strategy and plan are well executed- Actively in seasonal, monthly and weekly forecast & monthly Sales forecast for distributor to secure sell-in target achievement- Formulate sales policy, rebate policy, market support, and follow up customers' rebate status on a monthly basis.-Participate in the preparation of the SS/FH tradeshows, make the purchase plan and sales forecast, and cooperate with the marketing dept. / product dept. to implement the on-site activities.Reporting and analysis - Support team to develop and track regular business report including regular weekly/ bi-weekly report, etc.- Make weekly/monthly sell through analysis report according to BI report; check the accuracy of BI system regularly, and improve the report as needed to help analysising.- Cooperate with the product dept. to work out purchase plans of dealers by sales analysis- Monthly analysis and estimation of dealer's YE inventory.- Cooperate with finance team about monthly cut-off day data timely and accurately.

1. APAC Sales Analysis: ensure timely and accurate generation of various analysis reports to review sales performance:Daily/Monthly Sales ReportsSIOF/Sellout ReportsSales Forecast Report2. Explore the opportunities and risks in sales performance and discuss with related functions for improvement plan3. Work with the related functions closely to set proper yearly bottom-up budget and monthly forecast. Also coordinate with Italy HQ for top-down yearly budget.4. Involve in wholesale rebate program and make sure the program is aligned with corporate goal5. Prepare periodic presentation files to update business situation to Italy HQ as required6. Support sales forecasting and short-term programming, such as operative plan to improve regional performance7. Improve data management and consolidation by learning the sources from different channels.8. Track sales performance and MBO/SIP target achievement periodically and update information to HR to record.9. Support cross-functional teams with sales data as required.10. Work with CCO for strategic planning, such as 5-year opening plan11. Other sales analytical project per required by the VP.

Business support:1. Responsible for the sales documents filing such as Contract, sales policy etc.2. Responsible for the sales data collection, summary and reporting. Be able to analyse sales data and give the statistic to management for further business analysis;3. Be able to carry out different kinds of reports base on the requirements of sales team;4. Be able to collect market information, give the proper analysis if necessary;5. Help to communicate with dealer if necessary;6. Coordinate the activities between sales department to other departments;7. Be able to take the leadership of some small sales related activities and provide the analysis result if necessary;8. Sales and dealer contract management, such as drafting, checking and timely updating and coordination with HQ legal for final approval, signature and filing;9. Other task assigned by Sales VP or Sales DirectorAdmin support:1. Routine admin support to Sales Dept. and Sales VP, such as travel and appointment arrangemetn, daily expenses reimbursement and payment application apply;2. different kinds of activities secheduel/logistic arrangment such as meeting, event, fair etc.3.
