About 范诗宇

I'm a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics with 6 years of experience of optical spectroscopy and 2 years of experience on X-ray scattering techniques. I'm seeking an opportunity to develop new products and technologies, as well as processes and methodologies related to spectroscopy, optical engineering, X-ray scattering, high magnetic field and/or cryogenics. I have led more than five in-depth research projects with diverse research professionals on collaborative projects. Specific experience includes: 5 years' experience of optical path design and trouble-shooting in combination with mastery of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and magneto-optics. Two years of experience on Resonant Inelastic Soft X-Ray Scattering and X-Ray diffractions. I optimized the sample cryostat for Raman spectroscopy at the liquid helium temperature (4 K) and designed an optical path for the magneto-optics measurement with the field up to 25 Tesla. I also designed and built an optical path for integrating the ultrafast laser system to the synchrotron-based X-Ray Scattering beamlines at the Brookhaven National Laboratory. I have currently contributed to a total of 12 publications.
