1. Make and adjust production plan according to the project orders / forecast, materials status, process capability and production capability.2. 1. Handle export & import Ocean/shipment operations, documentations, payment collection, complaints.2. Follow procedure as per SOP and other specified customers requirements3. Alert for pre-notified port issues, service alterations, and other adverse external factors4. Report service failure and other exceptions5. Provide other specified special reports6. Provide special tasks, including and not limited to, onsite tally/inspection, implants at customers premises7. Handle export & import shipment enquiries, shipment leads, pre-advice, operations, documentation, pre-alerts sending.8. Ensure timeliness/data quality as per requirement and timely escalation of exception issues.9. Coordinate with carriers, land transporters, customs brokers, warehouse operators and other subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.10. Be familiar with Customs & Commodity Inspection Procedure.
