担任企业总工师四年，负责QA部门的工作，牛仔布工程技术中心主任，河北科技大学纺织工程专业硕士研究生校外导师，自2012年至2017年8月负责企业生产系统全面管理工作。拥有专利9个，学术论文5篇。主持建设年产3000万米牛仔布生产厂。2018年-2020年负责中国工厂生产、研发以及海外工厂建设。2021-2023年5月负责中国和越南工厂生产及产品开发工作。2023年5月担任越南XDD textile总经理，负责企业生产、研发、经营工作。Served as chief engineer of the enterprise for four years, responsible for the work of QA department, director of Denim engineering technology center, off campus tutor of Professional degree students in textile engineering of Hebei University of Science and Technology, responsible for the overall management of the enterprise production system from 2012 to August 2017. Has 9 patents and 5 academic papers. Presided over the construction of Denim production plant with an annual output of 30 million meters. Responsible for Chinese factory production, research and development, and overseas factory construction from 2018 to 2020. From 2021 to May 2023, responsible for the production and product development of factories in China and Vietnam. In May 2023, I served as the General Manager of XDD Textile in Vietnam, responsible for the production, research and development, and operation of the enterprise.
