Duty:1. Working as project manager for municipal tendering projects, includes Co-coordinating with cross-BU teams, interpreting tendering documents, creating the form of tender, preparing for enterprise/product qualifications.2. Auditing and authorizing files for hospital tenders.3. Updating and maintaining the tender data base includes product qualifications 4. Collecting tender results and tender price, and creating monthly report.

Duty:1. Co-ordinating project related meetings and making meeting minutes on OneNotes2. Responsible for the operation of steering committee meeting and project management training activities.3. Tracking the project process of each cross-functional teams, and report the results to PMO.4. Analyzing the potential risks in the project, and making contingency and mitigation plans.
