1.Coordinate the EON request between subcon and engineering requestor for NPI or engineering evaluation and qualification. Subcon mainly locate in Thailand,korea,philippines and china.2. EON form submission to subcons - Review EON form for completeness before EON requestors do final submission. Provide guide where necessary.- Review FG set up completeness in peoplesoft to ensure build documents (buildsheet, marking & packing template) be sent to subcons. Advise EON requestors if anything is still missing.3. EON material shipment to subcon4. PR/PO generation for EON- Obtain the necessary info from requestors and raise PR/PO for EON build- Obtain approval from commercial team on the EON price and get approved PO.5. EON build planning & follow up with subcons- Plan with subcons for A&T engineering capacity and ensure subcons promptly start the EON builds. - Review with requestors & provide EON priorities in cases where multiple EONs need to be processed at the same time. - Review EON progress daily. - Hold weekly meeting with subcons to review EON progress.- Ensure EON build cycle time is met and customer samples are delivered on time per request.- Ensure subcons provide assembly process & test data as required. - follow up and upload the ALR/ qual /Line cert / FT datalog report to EON for closure.6. EON finished goods material shipment tracking- Ensure subcons provide shipment document & FOM shipment notice to us.Work with subcons & store personnel for any shipment issue that arises.- Notify requestor and/or store personnel of EON finished goods material shipment.7. Payment for EON invoices- Work with store personnel for good receiving acknowledgement in system- Submit good receiving acknowledgement & associated POs to accounts payable team for payment of invoices.8.
