In logitech new project development is a cross-department cooperation.Main responsibilities: review the part design and feedback some suggestions for parts optimization which can improve and simplify the tooling structure; review the 2D drawing suggest the critical dimensions; review the measure methods base on the 2D drawing; In charge of the tooling development ,review the DFM reports with ME and suppliers ,control the schedule and check the tooling FAI before the tooling trial shot; In charge the duplication tools development ,done the EVT test before the tooling green light.2,Transfer project management from China to Vietnam. --As project lead holding the tooling development and transfer from China to Vietnam . In charge of tooling development,EVT test ;part and tooling qualification,and trial run in Vietnam prodution line;And release the MP green light to Vendors.3,2nd tooling project management --Release the PO to vendor;Supplier resource management;Tracking the tooling fabricarion status;make the tooling trial shot on time;tooling debug for cosmetic and funcation issues;make the EVT test pass and release the greenlight to the vendor of the 2nd tooling.4,Mass Prodution Tooling maintenance --Make the suppliers to report the tooling production status and tooling life to our system in time. And audit the tooling status.All tooling modification actions must be approved by us.5,Trouble shooting for production line issues--We are the owner of the production line issues.Doing the analysis for the defect issue and find out the root cause ;provide the short term and long term solution;resume the production as soon as possible.
