•Responsible for Dell high-end notebook series platforms. - Three years working experience of leading mechanical part PPAP for both metal and plastic, - Collaborate with CMF, ME, ID etc. team for new process capability verification in supplier site before define phase exit; - Be experienced in DFM review and drive supplier for EVT/DVT/PVT build successfully, lead FACA for each build issues; - Drive FMEA report towards new produce and process,help supplier to finalize AQP( PFD/ PFMEA/PMP) before PPAP; - Drive and approve technical data documentation throughout the development cycle including FAI , CPK, GR&R•Responsible for Mobility(Notebook & Tablet) hinge component related new technologies development and enablement as process owner. - Collaborate with MECOE(Mechanical Engineer Center of Excellence) team to refresh reliability testing spec and push the implementation;- Lead new technology project development and enablement on Dell product;- Lead onsite DOE trial in supplier for issue discussion and improvement direction of tooling or process parameters;- Identify key process parameter and key quality control point as process owner, finalize AQP for process enablement;- Work out Lesson Learned or Design Guideline for toolings, fixture, facility, process, gauge, etc. to ensure supply base can be expanded within short times to support business demand. •Regular supplier performance management.- Monitor supplier’s quality KPI metrics such as HSR(Hold, Screen, Rework), FRR(Factory Reject Rate), LRR(Lot Reject Rate), Yield Rate, etc.- Quality performance improvement through LEAN/BPI (Business Performance Improvement) project. - Organize annual/quarterly supplier meeting to review the performance
