- 10 years in HARMAY, I have experienced lows and highs, witnessed glory and mediocrity, and also felt the changes in the market and the transformation of the industry. I played an important role in it and worked with the founding team to persist and reshape HARMAY.- At the beginning of the business, I was responsible for building a basic purchase, sales and inventory management system and OA platform. I led the team in exploring various types of products in the digital apps and WeChat mini-programs. After 2019, I focused on detail operations, improving efficiency, and optimizing processes in offline stores. In 2021, the business and financial integration project based on SAP was successfully launched.- As a partner, my work is not limited to the technical field. I closely communicated with potential investors during the four rounds of financing, communicated the business model, and assisted in due diligence. I have also been responsible for e-commerce operations, warehouse management, internal control management and other departments.- As CEO assistant, I work closely with the founder, do operational analysis, assist in strategic analysis, organize department workshops, and track the implementation of the strategies.- Organize shareholder and board meetings. Maintain relationships with investors and suppliers.

- CondeNast is one of the world's renowned media companies. The magazines published by the group in China include: the globally acclaimed fashion magazine "Vogue", the top men's fashion magazine "GQ", the travel bible "Traveler", the high-end magazine on home and lifestyle "AD", and the contemporary urban women's personalized magazine "Self" (ceased publication).- I mainly implemented JournalDesigner, an extremely advanced publication flat-planning system at the time, and an outstanding cross-media publishing system (print & iPad magazine). These systems helped editors collaborative work more closely and make digital publications more efficient. Both systems were released in China for the first time.

- Core Project 1: In 2009, I worked on the project management system (PMS) for China Unicom Headquarters. It was a subsystem under the Generalized ERP of China Unicom Group, managing long-term investment rolling plans, yearly investment plans, and project construction cycles. It was a project worth more than 10 million and a team more than 20 people. During phase one, I was in charge of the code framework. Then I transformed into a consultant, communicating with clients to collect and organize requirements, completing the outline design and some detailed designs to ensure the delivery of the second phase.- Core Project 2: In 2007, I worked on the business support system (BSS) for Hebei Unicom. It was an 80-person project team and a starting point in my career, cultivating good coding habits, technical thinking, and a professional work style.
