3/2015 – Present Segment manager – Fiber-based Functional Materials BUReporting to: Sales & marketing director. Subordinate: 6- Built the business and the team from the ground up.- Been responsible of operational growth and expansion of functional fiber business in global optical fiber cable industry- Drove operational plan to achieve market position, and sales revenue and margin targets. - Developed business model, market strategy, product portfolio and managed distribution channels and KOLs in the industry as Fiberhome, Changfei, Huawei and Tefa.- Led the team and developed talents in project execution.- Led and motivated the team to achieve excellent sales performance. Subordinate: 2- Initiated CoolLite™ home fabric project and co-develop CoolLite™ fiber application in home textile, uniform, sock, outdoor clothes applications.- Co-built CoolLite™ brand image as “the ultimate fabric for summer” in home fabric industry and collaborated with leading brands to promote its cooling and abrasion resistance characteristics. - Developed market strategy, business model, product lines and distribution channels for China home textile market.- Built collaboration relationship with well-known brands like Carolina textile, Mercury Home Textiles, Anta, Kalas, Northland, Adidas and other brands.1/2012 – 1/2014 Sales manager – Fiber-based Functional Materials BUReporting to: Sales & marketing director. Subordinate: 0- Developed HMPE fiber sales in traditional market, like heavy marine ropes and slings, anti-ballistics fabrics.- Achieved sales target against tough competition.

03/2007 – 12/2011 Product manager – BU Industry.Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Director 03/2007- 12/2008 Product manager of Glass Melting Electrodes(GME)- Formulated marketing strategies, launch plans, mid and long term forecast for GME market.- Built good relationship with key accounts like CPIC,Jushi,Sinoma Taishan,FTY 5108,GMGD etc.,- Achieved tungsten crucibles order from Quartz Pacific, total 750,000 Euro.- Achieved the first GTR(Glass tank reinforcement) orders in China, and built this application a sub-segment with more than 100,000 Euro annual revenue. - 01/2009 – 2011/12 Product manager of HTF(High Temperature Furnace)- Achieved the tender from AVIC Chengdu of a large and sophisticated hot-zone with total value of 1.5 million Euro.- Achieved two large HIP(High Isostatic Pressing) hot-zone orders from AVIC Chuanxi Machinery with total value of 1.6 million Euro.- Built HTF service and sales team of Plansee China.
